Meaning: Something good that seems like something bad.

Examples:

She was upset when they broke up, but it was a blessing in disguise because she really loves her new boyfriend.

Positive people try to see problems as blessings in disguise.

Not having a car is a blessing in disguise. I get a lot more exercise now.
