  1. 1. I see three men in the picture.
    2. They are on the boat.
    3. They are pulling a rope.
    4. I think they feel nervous.
    5. I see the ocean and tools on the boat. There are two men wearing glasses, and different watches. One man is wearing a black sweater, another one is wearing a white sweater. The third one is wearing a blue jacket. They are wearing jeans.

    • Very good! Except we’d probably just say that “They are on a boat.” We use “a” because it’s the first time we’re talking about it. If we continue describing the boat, then we’d use “the.”

  2. Who do you see in the picture?
I see three men in the picture.

    Where are they?
    They’re in the boat.

    What are they doing?
    They’re taking the boat.

How do you think they feel?
    They’re feel worry and nervous.

What other things do you see in the picture?
Maybe the hurricane is coming ,they’re must quickly go back the shoreside.

  3. Good job, couch potato. Once again, the first time we mention the boat, we’d use “a” instead of “the.” We’d also say “worried” instead of “worry” because “worried” is an adjective – it describes how the men feel – while “worry” is a verb.

  4. I see three men,two of them looks like brothers.
    They’re standing on the boat.
I think two of them pulling some materials to fix the boat.
It’ a windy day.The white jacket man’s hair is blowing up.
    All of them are anxiety.
They trying to fix the boat before the hurricane coming.

    .

    • Good! But remember, we say “a boat” the first time we mention the boat. And don’t forget your present continuous tense (which is am/is/are + verb-ing. F) – so it should be “They are trying to fix” rather than “They trying to fix.”

    • Nice job, Xiao Li! Just a few mistakes. First of all, “man” is singular and “men” is plural! Second, be careful about your spelling (“They’re” and “ocean”). Third, remember when we’re talking about what clothes people have on right now, we usually use present cotninuous tense, so it should be “a man is wearing a black sweater.”

    the rope to the boat.

    • Good work, Julia! Like I told Xia Li above, remember that “man” is singular and “men” is plural.” And we say “looking at something” rather than “looking something.”

  7. 1. I see three mans on the
    2.They are on the boat.
