Idiom of the Week: Go Nuts

Meaning: To get very excited or upset about something.

Examples:

The teacher said there was going to be a test tomorrow, and the students went nuts.

I’ve been waiting for the train for half an hour and I’m going nuts.

If you tell her you want to break up, she’s going to go nuts.
