Meaning: To quit; to give up

Examples:

The job was just too stressful, so I threw in the towel.

  1. I recalled ,I tried to knitted a vest. By the time I finished in half ,my knitting teacher who moved to florida. Finally I threw in the towel. It’s a pitty.
