Ergonomics

Do you have good posture when you sit at the computer? Do your kids have good posture when they sit at the computer?

If you don’t sit properly or have your computer in the proper position, you could hurt your back or eyes!

Having a comfortable, healthy work/study/computer area is called ergonomics. Here’s a video about ergonomics. Watch it, then take the quiz to test your knowledge:
